Not trained staff
Staff is not trained and are not able to suggest proper size to customers. Also they don't exchange undergarments which is fair considering hygiene factor but proper size should be suggested before selling the products specially which are not returnable.
Less Variety and color option
This was my second in the store and same old story sir color available nahi hai and also variety is less in the store.
No issues on pricing as it is fixed in all Jockey stores but considering offline purchase without discount should provide best services
