★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was forced to take property and Life insurance for a loan application of 300000 which if not take would be application will be rejected, As RBI clearly states that no insurance are mandatory for taking any HL, also the assessing office asked to write a declaration stating it's customer responsibility if any thing happen in future to property, was literally felt being threatened to get the application cleared.
Very unprofessional way to communicate with the customer
That too a a Financial institution which is about to get listed.
