Staff was very polite and really helpful.
What impressed me a lot is that they were not trying to upsell anything. Every option shown to me was within the budget i gave them.
The variety they offer is mind-blowing.
Overall it's better than Tanishq in terms of options and customer service.
VHP was worst.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is really poor!! One comes to buy jewelry which costs fortune and they don't even offer water, let alone chairs to sit!! The salespeople do not value customer, they just have to get over with them. Total lack of enthusiasm which makes you question your own decision to shop at this place.
Later, if you are to resize or need some other changes, they take eternity to do so!!
Overall an unsatisfactory experience from a huge name like PNG!!!
