You have to keep following up to receive your product. Before even asking me to modify the review, I request you to first respond to my messages.

Reported the issue multiple times and even the manager at store didn't help me out but finally the sales person Ibrahim helped me in resolving the issue... he replaced the cot, got the replacment delivered within the date he had promised. Appreciate your help Ibrahim and also taking the ownership to resolve the issue even when other members n your manager denied to help me... A big thumps up to you Ibrahim???
