★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The track is red soil. Many places were soggy due to rain. A good place for training. The soft soil takes more effort than hard tracks. Optional resistance slopes are a good thought.
There are numerous gym equipment. All in working condition and well used by regulars.
Completely wooded place with huge trees. Lots of benches to relax and meditate.
Try the Acupressure track. It's well thought out for bare foot acupressure.
Right next to the river. Benches with a view to the river are a dream.
There are tiled tracks if you want to avoid the red soil.
Rest rooms are available for ladies and gents.
