To all the people who think of this service-I want to bring to your attention that I am a service user with you since many years. I have paid for the 1 year and so I am stuck with it. Wifi Speeds are POOR, service technicians are RUDE, UNWILLING to help or find a SOLUTION and need to blame everything on anything else other than some fault from their end. Further service desk has multiple people who do not know how to talk to the customer and getting them to solve the problem is an UPHILL battle. Anyone looking at wifi options, I would suggest please go anywhere but here because it is just too painful to deal with the people and the wifi service!

This has been the most frustrating case of internet I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I purchased a 100Mbit plan @ 50GB a month and had a technician come and replace the old 256 Kbit internet that was currently in place. The internet while active started capping at 10/- Mbit and the technician said that he'd get it fixed and come back. He never came back and the internet for those 3 days was laggy and unstable and could never ever reached the promised bandwidth even within a 30% benchmark. Downloads kept getting interrupted and since this is an office network, if a download is interrupted *it has* to be restarted instantly. The downloads even from indian servers were at a measely 300 kbps *ON A 100 Mbit LINE* After begging and constantly messaging the technician, finally an office staff picks up the phone to tell me that my 50 gb plan has been consumed and to restart my router. What absolutely triggered me in the end was when she said "if there is a problem, you should have contacted us instead of a technician. It's not our fault that your internet capacity has been consumed (@200kbps)

Used to be good before but now down degraded. No service or support beyond 8 pm which is the worst as I am from IT background and many a times need to work from home. Despite repeated pleas there's nothing done. Earlier the management was responsive now they don't bother. I upgraded to 3 GBPS recently but there's no difference between my earlier 1 gbps and 3 gbps now. Especially in the night post 12 the Internet goes off or is painfully slow but there's no one to complain to. You can't work late or enjoy a late night movie on Netflix. I am waiting for something better to come along. Till then I am paying a heavy price and bearing all the trouble quietly.

Never actually faced any speed issues,they stopped torrent peering sadly but they have torrent caches. Internet is mostly stable with downtime at around 12 mins max 5 mins minimum, Three to four times a month. The service is mostly responsive if you talk in a calm manner cuz personally they always provided service in about two to three hours to me. People complaining about low wifi speeds please check your relative distance from your router.

I dont know where to begin from! first the internet was too slow and we have 600 mpbs and we were not even getting 100 mbps properly, then they started shutting down internet at their for what ever services they needed to fix for others but repeatly reminding them that when they are about to do just inform that internet would be off for 2 hours or more but no they want us to call and complain! I am tired of this, the women on the call says yeah we came to know in morning but she had 2 hours to inform like what is wrong with customer service? No one is stopping them from doing their work but cant they do the same... we all are working for something its not them alone!

Ekdam 3rd class Internet services hai. No use of speaking with unskilled people trying to loot people by giving excuses and reasons after the connection is made

If the owner is reading this review post, He or She should really have concern about the pathetic service given by the technician staff. The staff are just busy in their personal business and Mishra Internet owner have just started the business for income tax purpose I feel so as they are least bothered of the client services.
