In a day, and once they get the full payement, they will not gonna answer your calls, or else they rarely answer ur calls and listen ur problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I have had. Internet keeps going off regularly. Keep hearing excuses and at one point they even started blaming me for complaining. Takes no responsibility and doesn't even communicate when the internet is off. I made a big mistake by paying a full year. I won't be suprised if they write back with some false excuse and even put the blame on the customer.
