★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a mini pc 3 months ago. First, the guy had no idea that it lacked the wifi card (yet he claimed that it was there) and now, after months of calling and texting, I haven't received any proper response or service whatsoever. And then they talk about giving a usb wifi receiver not knowing the difference between that and internal wifi card. At the end they gave 3k for a card that costs more than 4k and its antenna costs more than 1000 rupees.

I first gave them the laptop for repairing broken LED panel and hinges although they rectified that,but they damaged the camera and microphone and then when I asked for a replacement they gave me a HP webcam with mic and the microphone is not working. All these took a week and their response time is slow and they never keep time. I enquired in HP service centre and they said the whole thing could have been fixed for under 6000.. The laptop hinges and back panel were broken, but it was working perfectly fine. The camera and microphone were working perfectly well until you replaced the panel . I do not want your service anymore.
I would never recommened it to anyone.
