★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they comb your wet hair after hair wash, they don't do it gently or take the customers hairfall into consideration. I had so much hairfall in that combing that I have never had before. And when you mention that out the say "Itna toh hota hi hai mam" and when they blow dried my hair the "professional hairdresser" had the drier so close to my scalp that it started burning sensation and when I pointed that out he didn't even apologize. And they criticized about my frizzy hair about 4-5 times. As if everyone has perfect hair ?. I have gone to thier salon twice before and both experiences were good but this was just horrendous. Will never go there now.
