★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If customer experience is what one seeks then Just In Time is the place to visit. This particular store is on Andheri Link Road opp Citimall. Range of watches from luxury to regular, all of them are retailed here. Whats important to note is that the experience is not dependent on the amount you spend on a watch which makes it a very comforting factor. The showroom is very well laid out and kept clean and unobtrusive so you can browse and shop in a comfortable environment.
They also offer watch servicing facility including battery replacement. Membership reward points gets you discounts and makes you privy to offers as well. Whats interesting is that you share your points with family and friends so they benefit too. Most of the staff has been there long enough and know their products and treat the time pieces like jewelry while showing it to a customer. They are courteous and warm.
The showroom is open and spacious so even with multiple customers present, it never gets crowded and you feel safe. There is a hushed silence and no cacophony which let's you indulge while shopping.
They have recently introduced everyday perfumes as well. Priced reasonably and a decent product offering for both men and women.
Overall a very welcoming experience even for repairs and maintainance.

They have a wide range of time keepers starting with your basic analogue watches (quite a few brands here) to wall clocks to bedside clocks to smart watches.
They also have a nice collection of watch accessories and in case any mishap befalls your time piece, they have a service center too.
The layout allows you to move around without bumping into other people or furniture.
The staff here are poliye and helpful. They have good knowledge of the products tbey carry.
