★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good they know what they are doing. Left a large deposit to get my Rolex serviced. I was told Saturday then Sunday. Will keep you updated here.
Great news! Got it back and it’s working like clock work after many years. I am sooo happy. They really went out of their way to give my watch on time. I highly recommend them. Update: a few days after I got home it began to slow down. Now it doesn’t work again. I am so sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy there (the one who is the loudest in the stroe) is a big time loot!! Have personally seen him push customers including me to buy unnecessary things and manages to take an advance for the same and once he has it he'll disappoint you like never before.. also promises great prices etc, which is so funny because I paid more than I would've paid for a watch bought at shoppers stop. Honestly whatever his name is.. comes across as a big time quack / scam.. also sold me a bracelet which broke the first attempt to wear it.. when called him to come very the same he acted so defensive and started giving justification.. all I was looking for is an exchange or some sort of a replacement price cut.. dude is really irritating and cringy to talk to.. guys I strongly suggest ya'll try another store (there are plenty) before getting your pockets ripped inches store.

I am from Bhandara and they courier me and within 5 days I received.
It was wonderful experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing lot of negative reviews in Google community I was dubious about going there. But I gave a shot as my Tissot needed a battery replacement and I have already clear idea how much they can ask charges (as I have already replaced battery 2 times from very prestigious Kolkata shop and service center Anglo Swiss) .
So overall I am am happy with their service . They were prompt in service. And charges reasonably ok. Though they didnot give any waterproof sealing certificate (even I doubt they don't have that facilities) . But the watch is working fine and hopefully the waterproofing will working fine also..
