★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disaster! Couldn’t find a better words to describe my reaction! Ordered a birthday cake for my niece 4th birthday and have requested for a rainbow cake. They should not have accepted my order when they are not sure how a rainbow cake should look or taste like. Look at the pictures and you all would know what I am talking about. It’s only the outer rim that they have made with rainbow coloured icing. Inside it’s fully chocolate with berries, I expected rainbow layers sponge cake with beautiful frosting… truly disappointed and even the kids did not enjoy the most anticipated item of the night!! Moreover, they charged 1800+tax because it’s a special custom cake! They have offered 10%discount when I expressed my dissatisfaction on seeing it at the time of pick up but am even more disappointed after cutting the cake… nothing more to say…
