My father shriram kokane is owner.There are four buildings all in that 140 flats it is 4 wings A, B,C ,D.Some people are buy own flat and few are on rent. All facility available such as road, security, cctv, hot water,24 hours cold water, drinking water, garden, temple, play ground,kids area,big parking.nice location.nearby groshary shop, medical shop ,school, hospital,bus stop.
