Means how can they solve their problems it is very bad service giving from krpuram pf office.they are not eligible for rewievs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied on mar-10, may be covid19 claims have introduced on above 25-mar I think so.
I have also emercy of funds, I got rejected for 3times, finally I have submitted all the required documents, but still pending for 2 months.
Kindly process ASAP, if there is any mismatch in documents please approve or reject ASAP so that I can go for further process.
Hope to do needful, I am having emergency of money and I'm depending on my pf amount .still no one respone @toll free all so not working staff all so Nt respone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are not helpful or cooperative at all. They would not even let you finish your sentence. They talk rudely and condescendingly. I went there twice. Got no resolution to my issue. They won't even listened to my particular issue. Just gave a generic reply and asked to move along. 2nd time, lady straightaway declined listening or trying to help. Worst experience. I have no idea how to get my problem fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astonisingly maintained government office with unbelievable service. Everything is systematically arranged. One has to obtain a token in automatic machine. It's announced and also displayed the counter number to which one has to contact. In counters also they attend quickly. Waiting place is also well arranged for comfortable sitting. I had good experience in my first visit to this place.

Simply waste Government office better to dissolve we will go through online for everything no need to waste our taxes on this office and staffs simply seated there for heating up the chairs .
