★ ★ ★ ★ ★ builder does not have good track record. I checked with residents of goodwill palette, in ravet - another project in same area from this builder. Residents there complained amenities are not yet complete. There are numerous maintenance issues in that project. Also there is issue with road connecting to the society. Talk to those goodwill palette residents before buying in k-ville.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worth investing in project, as its coming near upcoming DMART, gives a clean air flow from one side as no construction will come nearby soon, with excellent connectivity to Nigdi and other MIDC areas as per new DP road coming under PCNTDA.
Builder work is also going in speed as per commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am facing multiple maintenance issues in project - goodwill palette - constructed by builder. There are waterproofing and leakage issues. Water from walls is leaking into furniture and damaging furniture.

Before booking flat plz visit to Goodwill Palette Society Ravet.
All amenities are pending from last 2 years, many leackages are in society but not any repairing done from their side., Always annoying to repair anything.
At the time of possession first asking for 2 years maintenance amount but Not maintaining society.
False commitment about same parkings to all flats by Sales person. But all parking have different sizes. Site engineer also not doing/listening to any work.
Builder also not replying to mail's of society member's.

Nice connecting to city. Beautiful sample flat. It could be good if early possession given. Two side road connectivity. Commercial available. Big terrace. Nice big kitchen
Dry balcony is not given well. It is in kitchen part only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality construction, very good layout with carpet area utilised very well. They are also providing lots of amenities. And it is only 1.5km from Mukai Chowk, Ravet. They also have their premium project called K-Town ,500mtrs from Mukai Chowk. I was really impressed by the quality room dimensions. Sure shot one of the best property to look for in Ravet in the recent times. They have used the premium quality materials like CP fittings, Doors, Windows grills etc.
