β β β β β I am 55 years old. Ihad severe pain in abdomen surrounding liver area...I was diagnosed with liver abnormalities, blockage in bile duct and pancreatitis. I spent more than 2 lakhs in treatment with reputed doctors. But I had no relief. Somebody suggested me Ayurveda treatment at Kairali. There i met Dr Shiney. After checking my reports thoroughly and Nadi pariksha, she suggested some medicines and some Ayurveda treatments like abhyangam, pizhichil, vasti and shirodhara along with diet. I was almost normal within 15 days of treatment. My chronic pain disappeared. Doctor Shiney even kept record of my health during lockdown and suggested some home remedies for increasing my immunity. β β β β β I first met Dr. Shiny in February, when I was really low as I'm a chronic case of psorasis. It had spread a lot. In the first meeting itself, I had feeling of reassurance. Dr. Shiny prescribed medicines and started the therapy. Within a month there was great relief. Her team of girls are really dedicated. The place is super clean and the service outstanding. During the lockdown, Dr. Shiny kept in touch and monitored my progress..I've completely recovered. My skin is super smooth now . Thanks so much Dr. Shiny and team for your dedication. My best wishes

Rejuvenating, Relaxing and out-of-this-world!

This was my second visit to this quaint place located in Chembur east. One fine day, I got a call from Dr. Shiney that I had won the 25th lucky customer raffle for a massage sitting at their centre. I was more than thrilled since my earlier experience was an amazing one.
The Abhyangam massage is one of the best things you should always opt for in 2018. Please add this to your to-do wish-list for sure. The entire therapy lasts for an hour with two trained masseurs (Sharad and Akhil) vigorously massaging every part of your body. There is a wholesome usage of rich and thick oil which makes the massage movements more enjoyable. The plus point is that these masseurs put their heart and soul into their ritual. At no point will you feel that your body is not getting its due.
What makes Kairali a super-hit, blockbuster experience is the products they use, the professional approach and obviously the essence of continuing with the Indian heritage of Ayurveda. Post the body massage you are encouraged to use a steam bath session in a wooden box. The closed enclosure actually ensures that the steam hits all the pores in your body. Post this you can take a hot or cold shower. You will be amazed when you use the Kairali specialised soaps, shampoos and body scrubs.
Not only will your skin be shinning, your body feel rejuvenated but itβs almost like a detoxification for your body too.
You can also pick up some exclusive Kairali products or have a consultation for various treatments with the knowledgeable and competent Dr. Shiney. I couldnβt help but notice that her clients who had come were picking up loads of Kairali Ayurveda products for their hair, skin and more. There were also customers who were booked post me for the massage packages (maximum 6 months completion) they had availed for.

β β β β β I had pain in the heels, feel tired and had lot of stress. My hair was very dull, dry and lifeless. So, I was searching for Ayurvedic centre which gives healthy way of treatment. We googled and finally landed up at Kairali, Ayurvedic Centre, Chembur. There, I met Dr. Shiney for consultation, She patiently took time to understand my health issues and very well understood that all my issues are due to stress. She prescribed medicines and suggested few treatment therapies to reduce my stress. Within two months of treatment, I could see changes in me, that my stress level went down. Initially, I used to be lethargic to do household chores and had dull appearance. Now, I love whatever I do. And, I have become more positive in every approach. Also, there is change in my skin and hair. I'm feeling relaxed and very much happy.
The Therapists are very excellent in their work. The Front office staff, Mr. Gautam is also very excellent in his work. The centre is overall very positive. They put their heart and soul in whatever they do.

β β β β β Very good experience, I took the Abhyangan Massage and I was given an ayurvedic oil massage by two masseurs for 45 minutes and it was relaxing, I then took a hot shower and came out completely destressed.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience with Dr Shiney Linu.
She was supposed to treat me for my skin disease.I was there under her for 3 to 4 months and i cane out with 10 times more rashes than i had covering my feet, legs, hands.She and her team members famously said that ayurveda never increases ur disease unlike allopathy
Atleast steroids give some form of comfort even though its short lived.Her treatment made me see the worst days of my life.
My feet were oozing.My face was cracking with rashes.
She was rude to talk to in the later days when she saw that her treatment wasnt healing me and looked for getting rid of this case.
My diet wasnt looked after properly.My food intolerance tests have shown that i was mildly intolerant to rice.Though ayurveda doesnt believe in food intolerances instead convincing me she was ok that i had millets (called kudhanya) for all day for 3 months which increased my inflammation greatly.She doesnt monitor the ahara - vihara of the patient closely which is absolutely necessary in skin diseases.Though her treatment approcah wasnt working on me she didnt change her line of approach.She didnt give me any medicines for improving my agni. The doshas just shifted from one place to the other place.
Please dont visit her for chronic stubborn skin diseases.

β β β β β Kairali ayurveda center chain of Kerala kairali chembur one of the best place for massage and treatments they have inhouse doctor most of the massages are four hands which is done by 2 masseuses
It give you better for relaxation rates are also normal service is good very busy on weekends
Parking is an issue pls check before going it's back lane of jhama sweets !!
