★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) With the newly renovated Showroom, It is exclusively for Kajaria only. It provide with three division of kajaria tiles under one roof (Really convenient)
2) The Variety offered by this showroom is amazing. I was confused with so much option at my view
3) Yet, The owner and the staff helped me with the selection process. They were so engaged with each and every customer. They personally cared about likings and dislikings of me
4) The ambience makes it like a cherry on top.
5) Really well treated by everyone.
6) The delivery timing is also quick and the tile was delivered safely. No tile was broken.
Excellent and Exclusive are the two words that fit this showroom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Firstly this showroom isn't exclusive Kajaria showroom, we mistakenly assumed so, but fortunately got to know before ending up with non-kajaria tiles. The store manager or the owner don't really care what brand the customer wants.
2. Collection of kajaria tiles are very limited, also the variety of other brands/non-branded tiles is decent.
3. Ordered 8 boxes of Kajaria tiles 800mm x 800mm (in all 24 tiles), out of which 8 tiles had their corners broken (approximately 1.5 inch triangles) and one tile was broken completely.
4. When asked about replacement we were denied the same saying the workers at our place after delivery mishandled them. (Fortunately we also bought bigger tiles from another vendor 2 feet x 4 feet "qutone brand" in Manpada the very same day which also were handled by the same set of workers and guess what none of them broke! Surprise! Surprise!
5. Store manager also says go ahead put a bad review on Kajaria website as already they have a return stock of Rs. 50000 which customers have given back asking replacement and that he doesn't care. (Not very surprised by this reaction actually!)
6. The jeep that delivered the tiles to our house, I saw, clearly did not have enough padding to support the tiles, they were when I saw resting on a plank in the flatbed of the jeep (have no clue what padding was there under that).
