★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalpatru is good for living. It is only made after deforestation. Place is now millionaire place. I saw water logging in front of kalpatru. In summer season this place stayed cool bcz of forest.

Has easy access to the markets along the Mahakali Caves road. Excellent resident community that is well supported by dedicated maintenance and security staff.
