The road isn't fixed for the last 3 years and during the rains, the place is a mess. Even when it doesn't rain, the open drainage and open urinal make it a place you won't visit until you must. Though Narendrapur P.S has started functioning, the place still remains dismal except for the additional lighting

Dirt and filth among permanent and make shift vendors selling fish and veggies stinking smell of stale fish and uriniferous odour.Nevertheless bazar is vibrant amidst wild reckless driving of 2,3,&4wheelers.Prices comparitively higher. No better one nearby though.

It's basically a road side Bazar. Prices are at per any other market in Garia - Rajpur area. Nothing cheap at all. Very recently roads have been repaired and hence this market got a little fresh look. Few shops remain open till 10:30 at night. The vegetable and fish market starts by 7:30 in the morning. Overall my experience is good with this market.

This was a small sabji market long time back but now a very busy daily market. Remains overcrowded almost every morning. Witnessed this market to grow from scratch to now what it is today. Quality is good and vegetables are fresh. BUT every thing is overpriced(by Rs 10 to Rs 30 per kg) in comparison to nearby markets in Sonarpur/Rajpur/ Garia Station etc. Mostly this is due to many fold increase in number of buyers( due to demand and spending power) from several complexes that came up in last 10 yrs. If you have option and time try other markets nearby.

Fresh vegetables, meat, chicken, fruits etc are available and prices are reasonable. But the market is narrow, filthy , dirty and possess some hygienic issues. Nevertheless it's quite popular and it's heavily crowded at morning. Also a great variety of items are available.

Good daily market. You won't get exclusive vegetables but only regular once. There are few sellers who brings local products but not everyday. On Wednesday you will get products at cheaper price. There is a fish seller Vishnu sells very fresh and good quality fish almost with guarantee. I have seen he is replacing fish next day with no question asked. Don't buy mutton from this market, they are cheap by Rs. 100 but extremely bad quality than standard shops. Good point is there are ample car and two wheeler free parking available here
