Kash I would not have booked flat in this Project
We people are literally crying for Societies Common Amenities,
Almost 1.5 Years gone and we still didn't have all amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent design 5 star, natural surroundings 5 star, flat handed over two months delayed 4 star , few drawbacks but it's good as compared with other builder or societies....0 floor flooring is totally bad & it's impacted to minimise the building life 0 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamalraj Haridwar is just beside the famous Mahalaxmi milk dairy which is in dighi... Building is around 11 floors and has got 2 floored parking .. The building has also got 4 lifts which makes the thing more easier .. There is also garden which is best part for the kids . The society people are also very cooperative .. 24*7 watchmen is available at the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Society in this area. Society Entrance is not maintained properly. Also, there is frequent power cut in this society. Even though society boast of full power back, there is only partial power back up, only lift is working. There is constant water problem in this society. Society is under new management now, but still issues are unresolved. There is foul smell because of nearby tabela, and constant leakage in this society. Even though there is small playground in this place , still children play in corridor, disturbing peace and if you complain, their illiterate parents which are also home owners behave like they own the society even though they just own a tiny match box apartment.
Rent is 11k for 1bhk and 13k for 2bhk and even though you go through owner, still the society chairmen/ treasury guy will insist to rent through society broker, who isn't trustworthy all.
Mostly village people are home owners in this society, they don't have any class and they will certainly embarrass you in front of your guests.
I advise you all, not to purchase or rent flat in this Society. Trust me , you will regret your entire life, even owners who have purchased are trying to sell their flat for a way out.
