★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kanha food are lips smacking homely Indian food in North goa Calangute. Must try dal makhni with cheese garlic naan. If you are in North goa don't forget to eat here vegitarian food. You don't feel home sickness here.

It was a instantaneous call for me to drop in to the place and grab parcel for chana masala, palak paneer, gobi masala and roti amounting to Rs 920. The food is over priced which is first thing plus the preparation time took more than 30 mints as the hotel people are greedy and served people who came for dine in after we placed the order and kept us waiting.
Now starts the story... As I reached hotel with the parcel it was over spiced I mean so spicy that words can't describe the level of spice that were used. All the veggies tasted similar same gravy was used.
I called the number given on google, the owner was polite and courteous at the outset but not for a longer time. He greeted the concern and promised me he will meet me the next day once he is back from Mumbai to goa which he never called. Plus in the horrible rains of Goa in monsoon i was asked to come down to hotel with the food and give to the hotel boy. Reason which was given by the owner is he wanted to make his cook taste the same and make him realize. Lol... Forget money this restaurant has no humanity left even. I just want to caution people not avoid this place totally. I had a pathetic experience. Attached are the images of foood which was wasted per plate

Tea, Pav Bhaji, Mysore Dosa and Grilled Sandwitch..
All the food is cold.
In "Pav Bhaji" bhaji is cold.
Food is not fresh.
Utensil is not cleaned properly.
Poor services.
Cup is very dirty.
I specially told the owner that the food is cold, utensils is not cleaned properly and poor services but he didn't say a single word.
But I must say that other branch of "Kanha Pure Veg Restaurant" is really good.
