Couple of offices located in this building. This building has only 4 floors and cafeteria on the roof of 4th floor.

1. Ansrsource
2. RedBus
Parking facility is not so good, gets full till 11:30 am. No greenery in the park.
1st 2nd floor ansrsource, 3 rd floor redbus office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small business center with four floors and the cafeteria on the terrace. On the bright side, sunsets from the roof with a cup of coffee in hand are amazing. Manipal, Mathan (now Sterlings Mac) and the Intel building form silhouettes. Leela Palace is also a stone's throw away.
The best part about this place is probably the line of fast food food vendors on the terrace and on the main road in front of the gate. You're spoilt for choice. Don't overdo it though.
Parking can be a hassle because parking space is limited and the building can seat about 1200 people.
