★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrific experience!!!Not only they gave us defective mobile set but the owner of the Karma Enterprise told us 'LIAR'when we went there to complaint about the set ,this is how they treat their customers.Everybody should be aware of their cheating and misbehaviour and think twice before going there and buying any mobile phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because there isn't a lower rating. After paying for a phone over its MRP, I was made to wait for five hours because their guy "was struck in traffic" while bringing it from their warehouse.
Staff were polite and apologised but such poor service is unacceptable.
