We walked in with necessary documents.
At the reception, one elderly gentleman checked the documents, and sent us in for bio-metrics scanning. Inside there are about 5-6 staff simultaneously taking bio-metric readings. All done in 10 minutes for our two kids.

Got biometrics done here and it took 3 hours. people do not understand the process and surround two elderly people sitting at desk instead of following the queue. People management can be done better. And also it would have been nice if there was separate queue for elderly people. But its difficult in a small space they have.

I needed to update my name in my pan card , I visited this place and updated the form and my epan was generated within a day or two. Even there is no extra charges and stuff like that.
It is truly legit and must visit if u have any discripency with your documents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a basement area where Pan services are offered. In the first floor the office was closed ( Tuesday). On enquiry, they informed that they work on alternative days only ie Monday/Wednesday/Fridays. Parking may be an issue , so better to park in the by lanes .For Mutual fund services please go to KFinTech , #59, Kamala Nivas building, Puttana road..which is about a km away, close Jawa bike showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever seen in TIN FC . I had to wait 50minutes i dnt no for what reason they just kept on saying waiting for limit waiting for limit. Even after waiting for 50 minutes just one pan correction was not done . In the time I spent at the office . I saw few ppl coming and asking for thr status of pan submission whuch was submitted 1 months ago but not processed yet. When they checked they xame to no that they have misplaced the application and asked for a fresh application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, we have infrastructure bonds for redemption, andhave given bank mandate and all documents But no response either from Bangalore office or from Hydarabad office for the past 15 days. No one attends the phone also. Very horrible. We don't know how to get our money back. Very worst service. I hope general atlantic will take note of this, and stream line, and time bound service.
