★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge more then they told you. While opening account they told brokerage charge will be 0.04 paisa per share or Rs 21 per transaction which ever is higher. But when parchase share they charge 0.68 paisa per share and Other charges extra. It makes me feel that I'm investing in market only to pay charges. F**k!!!

Also increases the broking charges by first offering lower charges (minimum Rs. 25 per buy/sell transaction) even for corporate account holders. Double charges for "sell" transaction of shares - first brokerage charges and second demat account charges of around Rs. 25-37 extra. Poor customer care. No online process. Everything should be done by visiting their branches which are available in fewer locations even in cities. Charges Rs. 25 for address change also. Need to visit branch 2 times just to get Delivery Instruction Slip. Very old style of working expecting to visit branches even for simple things. The branches are closed on weekends. You must visit on weekdays only. Takes long time for every minor change in profile also. Overall, 1/10 rating. AVOID.
