★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my bridal lehenga stitched and coustom made duputta from here..and I must say...I am more than happy with my decision...they are very polite and are fully committed to the work... would recommend them to every bride in bhopal who wants coustomised lehenga for themselves

I went there for an extra dupatta for my wedding lehenga and ordered before 20 days of my wedding so i could get it before my wedding day and she gave me the delivery date after 12 days of order date and i asked her that if she can deliver this dupatta on time then take this work otherwise can say No clearly but she said it will be ready on time so i paid half of amount in advance on same say that she asked and after delivery date she was asking me for lace colour n all then i asked her my dupatta is still not ready so she said she will deliver after 5 days but i had not much time because already it was too late but i said ok but again she denied on next delivery date that dupatta is not ready so i had to purchase a dupatta from somewhere else and after that she said ur dupatta is ready when there was no use of that dupatta for me so i requested to refund my advance because she can sell that dupatta but what could I do I trusted her that she will deliver on time but she said booking amount is not refundable so I don't suggest anyone to go there for their important work..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's absolutely the best destination for your dresses to be stitched. I am in love with the styling, my only place for my suits to be stitched. I live in Delhi but I get all my suits stitched from here.
Harsha is just wonderful and kind and her staff is very friendly. I would suggest Kasba to everyone without any doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good experience with kasba boutique....the quality of work they do is just amazing , all my bridal trousseau was customized by kasba boutique mainly by Harsha...and I am very much satisfied by everything...must go to place for every brides...and also very professional staff..??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional - (1) Delivery not on given date. Not even on 2nd date. (2) Never give you call back after saying "Ma'am, I will check and call you back in 10 mins". This happened with me multiple times. (3) Quality of workmanship was BAD; that too for a very simple Kurta Payjama. (4) Unmanaged - They told me we couldn't find your dress. And then when they found it they argued that we didn't say that....
They call themselves designer and they are really good in suggesting design also. But they should clearly call it out that they cannot give you what they are committing on paper.
Whenever I see my daughter wearing the kurta payjama stitched by them, I REGRET. I have paid them whatever they asked for (too costly wrt the quality), so they should give me whatever they comitted to give. If they don't then it is CHEATING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best boutiques in Bhopal ! They are able to suggest new, trendy and suitable designs depending on the material you take to them. Stitching and finish quality is good as well. Price wise some may find it a wee bit on the higher side but I feel the finished products are worth the price. You would have to book a slot for yourself before visiting and it is ensured that no one breaks the queue and full attention is provided to the one who has the appointment.
