★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at booking counter that person took 350rs for Mumbai pune bus and when i was about to enter in bus, conductor took extra 50rs from saying that rate is 400rs and he won't allow me to enter in bus. Very rude behavior and no manners of how to talk with people. And that bus stopped at every small stop to fill the passanger and took way more time to reach pune . If you don't want to frustrate yourself then don't travel with this travel agent.
