Delayed bus arrival
Bus quality is pitiful for the price paid
Staff on bus are very rude and stops for dinner at 1 am after midnight

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from there end. The bus was not good and it took 8 hours when we get into bus in mumbai and reached in pune. They will wait for passengers for infinite time and stop at every point to pick the passengers. Worst experience in travelling with them. Not recommend to anyone.
