Bus service was excellent. Customer service was great.
Buses were clean and comfirtable. Good cordination with vishal travels.
I forgate my luggage in the bus and I called travel agent at 4 AM they help me to get my luggage back, it's an verry good experience & Really enjoyed their great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ firstly the bus attendant and the travel office person in Dadar office do not have any sort of coordination as to which and when the bus would leave. they'll call you early and then make you wait for boarding the bus. Worst part came after boarding the bus. There was a group of teenagers, who were smoking, using abusive language and few might be drunk as well. Even after getting complaints about them from different people in the bus the attendant would only warn them and leave instead of taking strict action against them. Such behavior by any passenger should not be tolerated at all. I want the New Vishal Travels management to take some action regarding this incident so that this won't happen again.
