★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled for two times, to and fro. As per my experience and as heard from driver himself, their buses are always almost 2 hours late. The buses are run mostly to carry goods, and not at all traveller focused.
The buses (AC ones) are dirty, do not have light and charging points and rest stop or toilet stops are pathetic. Driver and other associates are very rude, and don't care at all. And they keep taking non-booking passengers at any point, which is another reason for delay.
Do pay more and travel by other high rated buses, will atleast have peace.
