★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got cataract eye surgeries for my mother done by Dr. Bakula Kashyap. Our interactions with her before the surgeries, during the surgery time, and post surgeries was very good. My mother had a lot of fear to undergo the surgeries, but due to doctor's empathetic and positive words, she agreed. I highly recommend doctor. Thank you doctor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me a grossly inaccurate prescription. I honestly expected better since I'd heard good things about the doctor. Might have been an exceptional case but I feel like I wasted Rs.500 consultation charge + all the money I spent due to wrong prescription lenses.
EDIT: With all due respect, I would not like to review with you again. I would like to keep this post to advise those who are serious about prescriptions to get them done at a reputable eye hospital instead.
