★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was smooth transition right from registering the name, payment, getting vaccinated and waiting for 30 minutes after taking the vaccine. Arrangements were good, people were directed in an orderly fashion with no confusion. Sister administrating the vaccine did a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital in bhayandar. My brother had heart attack and I had taken him for my brothers treatment but they didn't do any treatment. They had keep him for 3 days on oxygen but then suddenly they told him to shift to another hospital we asked why but they did told us anything. I would only like to suggest that don't admite any any of your friends or family member or relatives in Kasturi Hospital.
Date 16-07-2021 if you had told us to that the patient is critical and you have to do angiography then before only we had shifted him to Wockhdart Hospital. We all the how worst is your hospital in bhayandar. Because of you today my brother died. You all have played with my brothers life.You make money from patients life. If you want money then why are taking the patients life.You all have taken my brothers life. You all will roat. We had seen how you all were doing the treatment. The staff we not even cleaning the hospital. We had seen how you all were playing with the patients life. Even the biggest doctors of Wochkdart told that in which hospital you had admitted by seeing your report. If you had told us that you ate not having angiography machine then we had shifted him to another hospital. You played with my with my brother for three days. My brother is not gonna come now you have snatched a child from mother and a brother from her sisters . In today's time you all are uneducated doctors and uneducated staffs. I am also a staff from hospital and I know what are the protocols. You hospital should be locked forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had admitted here for 3 nights and my review about hospital is very good. Below are some points which I want to highlight.
1) Room and toilets are clean and comfortable, daily twice cleaning they do.
2) They change bedsheet everyday.
3) Staff is very cooperative and friendly.
4) Good no. of staff so that there are always somebody available when you call. I stayed alone here and felt always assisted for any need.
5) I had taken treatment from Dr Rakhi Agrawal she is very kind Dr always explain what she is doing and how she is proceeding with treatment.
Always available on call listen patiently.
6) Dr Rajeev Agrawal also personally visit each patient in hospital.
6) Administration is also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vaccination available currently for covaxin and covidshield here paid service registration through cowin. I took covaxin due to pregnancy on 19th September 2021. It was bad experience since the girl who is providing vaccine is not trained person properly. It was bleeding a little when she injected the vaccine. Please be careful when you register to this place
