My wife was admitted to the ICU on 22.01.2022, due heart and related issues. Treated well, by Drs. A. Dubey, Nikhil, Raghubir, Tejas, Z. Shaikh, and other visiting surgeons. Nurse Sameer treated my wife as his mother, Tejashwari, Manisha, Jenny and others including the maushis did a good job. Dr. Dubbey is the everready helpful one.
Shifted to Deluxe room 5/2nd floor on 31 Jan 2021, as she was out of danger.
The best Dr. was Payalji, a Florence Nightingale in the making, Her humane treatment and love for patients in general not only my to wife is something to be kept in mind. Though under work pressure, my constant querying on various issues, she never " gave a hawa mei answer or bulshitted". She verifed and thoughtfully put many relatives of many patients inculding myself at ease, at such a young age its remarkable. I have personally witnessed this trait of Dr. Payal
She went beyond her call of duty. I hope your are reading Dr. Kamleshji, another great humane soul, keep Dr Payal in the fore front of your mind.
I will miss her, I am told she will be leaving for good, shortly The nurses Kauna and Shenal and maushi Sunanda gave a grandmother treatment to my wife in my absence, which is highly commendable.

The doctors and nurses here are very nice. Communicates very well with everyone and their work is also very good.
I know because my mother heart operation was done in this hospital.
And the one who helped me is Dr Payal ji. Dr Payal ji talks very well with everyone.
He has helped me a lot. I sincerely thank them.

N all accounts department are very helpful
Specially thanks to Dilip bhai, Krishna Madam n nursing sister Santoshi Madam.
They provide me discount also n done lots of helpful need.All doctor are giving best treatment. All food they are providing very hygiene n hospital is very hygienic n all facilities are available .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was all really a good service here. All the staff members from Receptionist, Nurse, care takers and other management staff were polite and took really good care of each and everything. I had my elbow joint surgery done here. The surgery went too well. All the doctors and nurses were good at their service. I always got a quick response from all the staff. Receptionist gave me prompt response whenever required. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospital with outstanding service. My mom was admitted for heart bypass surgery and from day one the staff and doctors were very helpful and friendly. They supported alot and gave me encouragement. The top asset of the hospital Mr Roshan (admin), I think without his help and guidance, it would have been difficult to make critical decisions with regards to the operation. I sincerely thank the staff and management of Shah Lifeline Hospital and wish them all the best for their continued success.
