★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so serious patients are made critical here or are brought near to death condition. Staff here are totally negligent and they basically don't care whether they live or die. On top they have full fledge vassuli gang on their payroll. No manners no emotions total business to loot patients. Trainee doctors not even MBBS here to take decisions on behalf of doctors. God help people who come here in such pandamic times. Coz options are very leas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ नकली डॉक्टर!!! !نکلی ڈاکٹر حرامخور This is a FAKE, FRAUD doctor. This sham clinic is run by three/four people: Dr(?)Rahul Sharma, his daughter, a nurse(?) and a cleaning lady. On your first visit, he will scare you about the disease and make big claims about himself. Then he will coerce you to do some blood tests and no information will be given to you about these tests. He will then charge hefty amounts for the tests (above Rs.10,000). He will not even give you your report, nor will give you proper bills or receipts. He photocopies the medical records of his patients, hence patience have no privacy. He will hospitalize you even if you are HIV negative. He will make you pay in Lakhs of Rupees for few days of hospitalization. Don't waste your money & substance at this fake clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very messy and dirty hospital. Careless staff they forgot to give injection which was very crucial and was there in the DOS. We have to keep monitoring if all the medicine are given on time or not. Nurses are having very casual no care wala behaviour. And the announcement speaker on each floor are so loud that it makes each and every patients sleep miserable. If you don't have option then only go here. Otherwise doctors are good. Pharmacy staff is very helpful. TPA is very cooperative. Avoid general ward. Deluxe rooms are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very concerned about my dads condition whether to go with bypass or not as he have diabetes and High BP.
I appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment. From Angiography to Bypass it was a smooth process.
Hospital is maintained excellently. No problems for patients. Thanks to Dr. Shah, Dr Rushika, Dr Sainath, Dr Kaleem for giving me confidence to go for the surgery. Dr Sridhar and his team for successfully operating and treating my dad.
Attention given by the doctors and staff was quite attentive and less of a worry for the patients relatives. I am impressed and feel to refer any patient, who required treatment at Shah Lifeline Hospital.
Many thanks to Roshan from Admin and Pratima from reception for their hospitality, cooperation and guidance.
One of the best Heart Hospital in Mumbai.
Hope they continue serving people as they are doing now.

1. Specialized in treatment for heart patient
2. Reception staff ka communication bahot achha hai.
3. Management and admin team very cooperative .
4. I very much appreciated In emergency case anytime you go and start treatment immediately .
5. Nursing staff working very impressive.
6. Attention given by the doctors and RMO staff was quite attentive and less worry for the patient relative.
Some negative (Improvement) points for Hospital:
1. Do some improvement in pharmacy staff.
2. Pharmacy staff not working at full capacity. Some system must be update like direct medicine list passed to pharmacy.
3. Cleaning staff very careless in hygiene of patient and for hospital properties. Every day all washroom not neat and clean always water lodging there.
4. Make sure your staff behave well and improvement in way of talking to anyone .
5. Food service quality for patients is poor.
6. Specialist doctors appointment from outside take more than 24 hrs.
7. In night staff of nursing dept. Not taking care of the patient.
8. Please arrange in-house test center in hospital for patient eg: CT scan, MRI etc.
