★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted in MIRA Hospital for my delivery. I opted for package provided by them. As shown in picture (package) disposable are included in package and no additional charges should apply wherein, they included all disposable in medical bills which is free till the amount of ₹6,000 and above is chargeable. Basically, disposable and medical together was free till ₹6,000 of bill amount and it is shown in picture (package) that disposable is absolutely free and only medical bill is free till ₹6,000. They have maintained this is not a bill (bill pictures) still they have charged me ₹3,048.81 and all medical bills where paid by me.
I also complaint for the same but admin staff started giving excuses and didn’t agree to give refund. My total bill was for approx ₹85,000/- where I booked a package of executive. There are many additional charges read package terms and conditions properly.
Also, night staff is not so cooperative. They don’t follow much of hygiene. Day staff was excellent. Doctors are good too. But I would not recommend because they cheap on bills like this.

Bed condition / cleaningness also very good
All the facilities is superb
Baby care floor also clean and very good condition
End of the day very happy and take lot of memories

BY MISTAKE I HAD VISITED FOR MALE GYNOLOGIST, EVEN WHEN THEY KNEW THAT THIS IS WRONG PLACE , RECEPTION LADY HAS MAKEN MY FILE wITH CHARGE OF Rs.1100.
when I visited to doctor even sir told me that this is wrong place.
