★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though this is a reputed place excessive uv use for curing gel nails burnt the tips of my fingers. I even told the lady that my fingers were burning but she said its OK. My toe started bleeding because of excessive cuticle removal during my pedicure. The owner and technician said it was because my cuticles were dry...how can they be dry after soaking in warm water

Not only was Kavi and her staff extremely professional and accommodating to my needy requests, they were so gracious in doing so. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On going through the mail I was very much astonished to read the contents of the recent message. The statement is quite far from truth. . I may say that I have been Kavi's client since 17 years now. When i joined her my nails were very much affected I.e. fungus and they had turned green and black and were breaking. They were not sticking to the bed. I was feeling very much embarrassed to meet the people around. To my great fortune I came in touch with Kavi who is not only running the nail parlour but by profession a doctor. She took so much care of my nails by suggesting some medicines without any fees that today I am proud to meet people socially and believe me when they see my nails they are so happy to see the work done by her. Over the years I have been doing gel nails with gel polish and nail art. Actually this is human handwork and not machine. In spite of my doing this gel nails and nail art for 17 years I have never ever encountered any bad experience.
