★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Some of the staff dont even seem trained enough. They took 4 hours (not waiting, i was on the chair ) for a simple refill procedure.
The person kept making mistakes, did the buffing and filing so vigorously that my fingers pain as i type this.
The staff was not cooperative when i pointed out the mistakes and they seemed very unhappy about having to correct them.
The end result was a big disappointment, my nails have tiny bubbles on them which they refused to correct and kept saying "kisi ko nahi dikhega" , when they and i could see it clearly.
I went to Claw Delhi last time and their service was very smooth and efficient, but Claw Mumbai (Bandra) had the worst possible service ever.
They had no regards for my feedback and left my nails not done properly.
Not recommended. Would give 0 stars if possible. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited The claw nails in Bandra on the 23rd of Jan , and i really disappointed that i spent 1200 on my nails. The guy used the nail filer so harsh, my fingers were bleeding, he didn't even bother, i had to ask for Dettol. To add to that i said i wanted short nails, he gave short nails on the left hand and long nails on the right. i had requested for the ballerina shaped nails, i honestly don't know what shape i got. i couldn't correct all this during the process because you can't really see. Today is the 27th of Jan and fingers are killing me, i had to cut them. i had to take a tetanus shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a bad job. The nails are uneven. They quoted 1200 and charged 1400 for the same job. So basically once they complete their job, they jack up the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do nail art and pedicure but the quality of nail art is very bad, it doesn't even stay for a week so I will only request you to go to a good place rather than coming to claws
!!!! .... Very bad quality of material is used to do nail art
As of now this is their only chain in Mumbai.
