★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one ⭐ is not for construction quality or appartment, as it is yet to be delivered. This is for the poor and unresponsive management. After purchasing, you will find them highly unprofessional. It's a private entity and behaves like a old government office where no one wants to work and say file will come then will process and move you from one point to another. Instead of assigning one person and responding to your query they will provide you some numbers to follow up yourself. For one issue I am following up since last 2+ months and it's yet not resolved. One person that I have recently talked is Ankur.. she is very unprofessional and need some training, how to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per housing project the work is continuing but I am giving a 1 star only due to their horrible and poor management. Not sure about the entire staff but 1 member from the staff Reena Singh from the CRM team is highly un professional. Listening to the customer's query or resolving them on time is not at all definitely an item in her task to do list. I guess her only work is to blabber at the customers, do follow ups after 25-30 days post any query or request is generated and then shout the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this site (Kavyam in sector 108) in-order to get more information on this project. The lady named Shabnam was very good and polite in showing the flats but when it came to meet the person who is supposed to provide details about costing was a horrible experience. Her name is Shivani, she refused to provide her full name. I asked her some genuine questions regarding price difference between two areas to which madam Shivani reacted so rudely, felt offended and raised her voice. When I asked her to lower her voice she said “the meeting is over” and left the room. I wish if something can be done to improve the staff attitude. I actually went with an intent to invest but highly disappointed with Ms Shivani’s behaviour. One star is only for customer satisfaction and highly unprofessional behaviour from Shivani.
