★ ★ ★ ★ ★ society is good,with good construction quality but sales team specially the girls// aunties they will feel you dejected by showing tantrum of being modern ..their body language along with attire so irritating your intrest to purchase property will fly.( one lady was staring my son so rudely as he was making little noise..he is 2 yr old).i want to say mam..you are working there on a monthly salary ..you are not owner or MD..when a person come there had high status then you always...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Dwarka Expressway on the border of Delhi and Gurugram. Sobha is undoubtedly one of the most renowned and reliable real estate developers of India. Recently had a visit to Sobha City to know more about its project and was warmly received and entertained by the sales executives including by Deputy Manager, Sales Ms Sanju Saini. They also show us the sample flat and construction specifications and as to how their quality is superior and above mark. We were also taken to construction site and the building under construction. The quality of construction and overall planning seems very promising. Importance was given to even fine details. However price of appartment appears to be on a bit higher side and moreover Dwarka Expressway is still underdeveloped and that's the only matter of concern. If anyone looking for quality construction and a reputable developer then should give a visit to Sobha city in my opinion.

international construction qulaity, their paint lasts of 25 to 26 years .If you could afford it just go blindly because this is the best one can get.
Sobha develops project in dubai and many international locations and they follow same standard contruction across all places .if you can afford a 2 bhk worth 1.6 to 1.7 cr and 3 bhk woth 2.5 to 2.7 cr just go for it .This is masterpiece and once in life time opportunity.they have hot water swimming pool and international level cricket pitch .sobha is the best noone can match the luxury in whole gurgaon what they provide .

Prices are high if you compare with cheap overrated projects near by.But the quality they are offering is class apart. Besides the basic amenities they have ensured the optimum utilisation of the land and have kept landscaping in a tidy state. Even though the project is under construction the project is managed in a superb manner vis a vis many projects delivered in the area. This makes the project remarkable and Unique looking forward for the delivery.
