But stagnant water just close to buildings in that area shall definitely pose a big problem in coming days on environment, quality life of building. In some high rise buildings, ground water comes in basement of it's own during rainy season as level of water increases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From outside it looks wonderful and classy. When you walk inside the building towards your flat you feel so secured and greeted by security at various levels. I was personally impressed by the prompt and professional security staff. The flat seems amazing on one glance but if you go into details it has lot of flaws. After staying here for over an year, I can surely say that it's not a good option to pick when looking for a place to buy or rent. The first reason being lots and lots of seepage inside as well as outside the flat. Though the management keeps repairing the structure but then it is a hazard and mess for residents. They DO NOT inform before repairing as a result your clothes out in balcony for drying get dirty again with cement scraps and paint. Also one day big chunks of cement fell on me from above while I was standing in the balcony which is definitely a hazard. Then comes cleaning of balcony in the mid of the day or sometimes evening. This repairing is a regular event almost every month as they want to sell flats by fooling customers and showing a maintained building from outside.
