★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will request everyone to stay away from Godrej Meridien due to the fraud they have done in nearly Godrej Icon. The Godrej sales team is full of cheater who won't honor their commitment.
Request everyone to spare a time to read Godrej Icon review in Google and then make a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought Godrej is a good builder as compared to others. That's not true. Before you sign the Builder Buyer Agreement(BBA), please take it to a lawyer and understand the T&C. I am sure your Lawyer will suggest you not to agree to almost 50% of the terms.
Saw youtube videos and as quoted in one of the videos: "One point says, no matter what the brochure or Godrej sales team tells you, or what you saw in the sample flat, if you find any thing missing/different at possession, Godrej is not liable and if you cancel, you have to pay Godrej 20% + lots of other Charges..Basically Godrej is saying that they know they are lying, still the Customer will not hold Godrej liable for anything in future".
If it's a 2Cr flat, you end up loosing approx. 45 lakhs if you want to cancel..
Other Cons: There is a drain right behind Godrej and you will see it on Google maps too.
There's is revenue road between club house and residential complexes.
There is a disputed land parcel right in the center of this Project.
Stop, think and ask before you invest 2Cr in Godrej.
P.S: While writing my review, I saw couple of other reviews praising Godrej. I met these guys today afternoon and they are Godrej Meridien sales executives.lol...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Always check negative reviews first. Bcos all positive review may be from builders. .
2. You check other properties in that area before you see godrej
3. Never go by the brand especially GODREJ
4. Pricing is really high and premium but quality is poor - Not worth it.
5. Ensure you see the site/property visit at least once
6. To check the amenities and get the confirmation thru chat/mail or some proof so that godrej can ask anytime to show proof.
7. Take screenshot/banners as proof - we may need t bcos godrej may asks
8. Take screenshot of all messages from godrej team/irrespective of chatbox or CSD or whatever
9. Always keep a mails record of all discussions which we may need in future to file a case as we becomes victim
10. Take proper backup of chat messages for sales guys - Mandatory - we may see 100's of promises from godrej sales team
11. Parking - Highest priority to take a proof that we get parking. They sell parking lots separately and they ask you to use an open car park. In agreement thsy smarly wite parking but in real is open car park like visitors.
12. Quality - You can see some cracks and water leakages in less than 1 year. So pl go for insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be a Good property but things are not transparent. They will not give details on their own you will have to ask still they are reluctant until you forcefully ask them. Further to hide things they will not give you brochure with complete information rather they will give photocopies which they can always disown. Where flat is located, how many types of flats are there, in which tower and facing road or park is it, how many flats in which tower almost everything is hidden. They will not disclose anything. Transparency gives you clientele and advertisers by mouth. Not expected from Godrej kind brands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Project is very well connected from Delhi and Gurgaon. It is the most Low Density development with the finest clubhouse. The layout is also very good as all bedrooms have individual huge Balconies and individual cavity spaces. Great Job done!
