★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an apt in Keerthi regalia and have done all my ground work before buying. I visited Keerthi Flora and Keerthi Harmony and people living there as well. The residents of Flora themselves were very supportive of the builder.Flora clients told me “There may have been issues but The MD Mr. Anil Reddy has sorted out all the problems”. People in Harmony are very happy with the project. In a span of 6 months i have got a good appreciation on my apt in regalia. Overall i think their projects are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb Location. All the facilities are in reach like hospital, kids school, preschool, orchid, ATM, Banks, Pizza places,Hoot, big brewsky, dining, Star bazaar, MK retail. You name it. In the middle of IT hub. equidistant from ORR it parks and electronic city. Bus stop right near the gate. Easy landmark like wipro gate. what more can you ask for. Except the delay in project. Value for money as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor construction quality and the space utilisation is quite bad too..I think the build up area to carpet area ratio will be less than 65 percent.. extremely overpriced..the only plus is the location but once metro comes up not sure how all the pollution will help the project..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, attractive look, nice layout with clear paper work. Only cons with the project was that it got delayed by 2 years apart of that it’s quite amazing.
Builder is supportive and try their best to resolve any of the issues faced by the residents.
