★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give one star for KFC south city mall. Kolkata. Because of their stuff and management team.
Now come to the point, we ordered a regular burger and asked to put mayonize instead of the mastard sauce they usually give in the burger. And the burger was for a child. They refuse to do it at first then wanted 20 rupees extra. So strange! Just for 20 rupees they can make it. They couldn't customized a sause for the customer and asked 20 bucks more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foods good no doubt, but you gotta listen to what the customer is asking you for. Ordered rice bowl, burgers and smoky grilled pieces. Ordered just 1 hot n crispy requesting them not to give leg piece and give ribs piece instead as all smoky grilled are leg pieces. My rating reflects the outcome. Get good. It's not always about the food. 3/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste has decreased day by day and especially on Wednesdays. Its just because of the hype and locations that they are flooded with customers.
No seasonings at all..you won't feel like eating after have 4 pieces of crispy chicken..
Ordered Special Wednesday bucket -12 pieces at 350/- got disappointed..though they now Provide free dips..and the crushers have been discontinued!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is as good as any other KFC. But, I'm taking away four stars because the behaviour of the staff on the counter is pretty rude. Because they are working in a big mall, doesn't give them the right to behave badly with customers.
So, even if I'm in the mall again, I'm probably not ordering from the KFC there. Good food with terrible behaviour doesn't work for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weekend is perfect with KFC. I just love to visit there outlet. There is no need to say much about there food and staff behaviour. Everything is perfect, I mean from food delivery to staffs behaviour just too good. I love there popcorn chicken biriyani and all chicken box.
