★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience after purchasing cycle from this place. I dropped my wife with kid and cycle here and went for parking my vehicle. They told to move it. My wife told that we came for free service for which they asked for rcpt. Fair enough. But my wife told my husband is bringing it but they told that u can't stand here. Nevertheless I came after parking and as I had the rcpt the guy just tightened the few screws and brake and told service over!!!. Wow..is that called service and after that they weren't ready even if I leave cycle there for few mins. Well guys suggestion is purchase cycle at a place who value customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst traders in commercial Streets. Phone doesn't work. And after the first free service feels like they have changed the parts have more trouble now after the free service. Decided not to go there for rest of my life. Only at the time of buying you will be treated as a king after that you will never see the owner and the worker there is worst. SO DONT BUY A CYCLE IN THAT SHOP. YOU HAVE 2-3 SHOPS IN SAME LANE THEY ARE MUCH BETTER. BEST WHEN COMPARED TO THIS DUPLICATE KHAN's?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not authorised dealer to hero Cycles, they gave me howler herocycle with adjustment, being cycle of single gear they adjusted and made it to double gear which I got to know when my bicycle got some major issues within a week and hence I went to a company dealer , they said me to raise complaint to hero cycles , today after a 3 weeks I got my replacement howler 29T today from them. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit this store.
