Replacement of accelarator and brake wire.
DAY 1- store incharge in leave with store keys as he has not been paid salary for last 3 months. (Actual reason conveyed).
DAY 2- mechanic lost someone in family.
- Store manager mobile SIM not working.
Past Experience-
1. Store manager was not aware about weekly off, vehicle kept for 3 days for minor 1 day servicing.
2. On two occassions had to come back with issues within 7-10 days.
3. Waiting time of more than 1 hr although low sales and low quantity of vehicle for service.
4. Not providing any acknowlegdement or any service receipt.
5. No calls before and after servicing. You have to call for getting the status of the vehicle.
6. No price list or any information display at the service centre.
