Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Vijay Gandhi from sales team before and after the purchase. He's really good at his job.
Rajesh from service team is also good at dealing with the customers. Listened to the service requirements carefully and did his best to address them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were no staff to receive customers at the time of 2:30 pm. There was a new carens car which was kept with turned on AC, lights and internal cameras but the vehicle was off. Once the test drive incharge person arrived he was very polite and dignified. The administration should keep some office boy with minimum knowledge about vehicles to atleast receive customers at the time of absence of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staff, when entered the showroom, the executive is busy with his own call, none features explained, just given catalogue, t just jumped to the discussion, on which model u want to purchase.. Very bad sales team..
Same goes to the nellore branch also, he didn't even bothered to ask my number..
As this is also the same branch..
Overall view, as I was keen to purchase, I looked my self..
After visit too, two of they showroom they sales team need a proper Training.
