★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, I am not happy with TATA service even though I am going. Earlier I was given in Hyderabad service station.
Due to covid, I am trying to give in Kadapa. But, had bad experience with this service station, this is one of the worst service center.
Rainy season one feet water is floating entrance of this service station even though I want to give vehicle on Saturday because My home is 40km from there and they are not accepted to take due to lack of lubricant oils and said to me, that we will take it on Monday and do service to your vehicle.
When I went on Monday again, they said, we are not taking any vehicle for service because water is floating in front of station (this thing they have to say on Saturday only then my time would not waste Saturday also there is floating).
In Service, they will do oil change only and no accessories changing because they don't have.
If we need to change accessories then have to go to Kurnool( they said that, that is my main branch).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff will mis guide u about Extendable warranty and AMC rates ....They will tell u as discount but will adjust it in our Insurance amount... Accessories won't cost that much. Amount paid will be different and invoice will be less than what we paid (Insurance and extendable warranty)
