Yesterday i.e. 13.03.21,My car (Sonet) was picked up for first service at this center.I was informed that the car will be returned by 1.30/ 2 p.m. Accordingly I fixed an appointment with my doctor for 4 p.m.- giving it enough cushion time. One Mr. Anil was assigned as the ‘service advisor.’ Once the car reached the service center, he called me promptly - not interested in enquiring if I had any issues with the working of the car— he was only interested in selling the Teflon Coating for the car.The trouble started on my politely refusing to succumb to his pressure tactics.His tone changed from polite to hostile. At 2 p.m. I received a message informing me that the car was ready for delivery.I waited till 3 p.m and called the service center to enquire about the status.The girl who answered told me that the Service Advisor will call back, which never happened till 3.30. I was left with no choice but to call back ,as I was running out of time .Mr. Anil came on the line and told me in the most rude and uncouth language that he can deliver the can only when the driver is available. Was I responsible for the availability of the driver? At this point I had no option but to raise the level.Called Mr.Rishi but his no. was switched off.I called Mr.Kapil (sales) to help out.He was prompt in connecting me to Mr.Rishi, finally. I have apprised Mr.Rishi of the entire episode. I leave it to the authorities to take necessary action.I, a senior lady was harassed and also missed the doctor’s appointment, just because of callous and irresponsible behavior of the staff at Service Centre. It was a very unsavory experience after a smooth service by the sales team. I will have to think twice before going to this particular facility. Neerja Madan
