★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids giggle is very expensive. They are looting customers. I bought a packet of balloons for my son’s birthday from there in which the MRP was shown as 120 and after discount I got it for RS. 70. There were 30 balloons in the pack. As I required some more balloons, the other day I bought one more packet of the same brand but from a different retail shop in Hsr and it priced just 49 rs and also the number of balloons were more this time. This made me think if for a small packet of balloon kids giggles is making a difference of 20 rs compared to other retailers in the same locality I can imagine how much profit margin they will be keeping for other big items. Yes they have a good collection of toys but think before you go there because you might get the same product in cheaper rate from other kids shops in HSR layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lots of options. But the executives don;t know anything and always have a super confused look on their face. So you yourself have to search and locate what you are looking for! Plus many a times the AC is not working which makes it difficult for kids. Three star is only for the wide options of toys they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic store.. dont go here, there are so many n better baby stores in HSR.
1. Most of their items are cheap but high priced.
2. Their staff has no knowledge and interest to talk to customers.
3. In case you do buy something from here then beware they will not return/exchange it.
Overall a pathetic experience, will never go back to this store.

Adip, the salesperson who helped me, was very knowledgeable.
Bought a load of things for my niece and nephew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two superman toys worth 1100. For my nephews. The arms feel off in 2 days. The toys are copies from original brands which are sold at high price and are broken within few days. Very sad.

Cloth material quality is really good reasonable price, even toys also good in quality reasonable price.. few things are bit pricy but that's ok.. well maintained, neat & clean, staffs helps you to finding things.. overall satisfied purchasing here...!
