Credit goes to Ashwini who sent me product list on whatsap, understood my requirements and placed the telephonic orders for me. Delivery was quick and hassle free and the artists even did quick exchange for a defective product. Keep it up you guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased 3 lipsticks on a promotional offer of buy 2 and get one free. At the time of purchase, it seemed liked the wise choice and I had swatched the shades on my hands. However, after the purchase I tried one of them on and realized that I disliked the finish. I returned to the store within a matter of 2 hours and asked if i could return the unopened ones for maybe a cheaper alternative as I was unhappy with the product finish and quality. The staff said that it was against the policy to exchange products which are on offers. It seems baffling to me since the promotional offer was on all lip products and I was even requesting to exchange for a cheaper alternative. Kiko's policies seem to be rigid and has left me feeling irritated. I won't be making another purchase from this brand since they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction.

The products give an amazing finish, you can go from an everyday look to literally a full glam in minutes! Every makeup lover must give the store a visit, also the staff is extremely cordial and helpful!
